Bali Sanur Village

Made Suartana, the head committee of Sanur Open Golf Tournament, claims his surprise with the hole in one accomplished by the Australian. According to him, David was not a professional player, he played golf more for a hobby and has lived here in Bali for a ling time. With this achievement, he is entitled to a Mazda Three car, cash prize of Rp 100 million and Denpasar-Shanghai ticket return. 
“The possibility of a hole in one is one to a million. And it is more due to a luck factor,” he says. This Sanur Open tournament will be held for 2 day on August 17 and 18. during the first day, a many as 110 players registered. While for day two, 120 players have confirmed. This number has increased compared to last year and exceeds the target of 200 registrants.

This tournament is said to create appreciation and positive response from golf lovers. Therefore the number of participants increase every year. “Until today we have not received any complaint from players,” he claims. Many of the players in this tournament are Indonesians. Expatriates joining the tournament is approximately 20 percent while the other 80 percent are locals.
